New Refurb schedule

I’m seeing images of refurbished BCV rooms. Still saying it finishes in April so I presume we are nearing the point where only refurbished rooms are available.

I've only seen this one so far - quite short and it looks like he might be trespassing, but it gives you a good idea of the 1 bedroom refurb:

Lucky them, looks like Boulder didn't get new TVs and may hold onto the Resort TV channel for a bit longer.

This schedule is disappointing. AKL is overdue for a refurb and it shows. The appliances are past their prime, especially the dishwashers and washing machines. I've had more stays where at least 1 of those was broken than stays where both work. More stays than not, I've had at least 1 defective appliance over the past 4 years. Our last stay in a 1 BR Value had the washing machine suddenly stop working and make a banging sound so loud that we thought someone was pounding on our door, only to realize that the sound was accompanied by a burning smell and a silent washer that was full but wouldn't drain. Maintenance got it fixed somewhat - the gentle cycle worked but not the normal cycle, but at least we were able to finish washing our clothes.
