LoL I saw that vid the other day! It was one of those so stupid shorts that you just have to smirk at it an think that two kids no older than 12 made something like that.
Looks like the digital effects have improved since the first film:lol:
Take notice at the keith richards on Depp's shirt. He has said many times Richards inspired sparrow's mannerisms

Indeed it does look very cool! sort of reminds me of a Fantasmic type idea only they asked themselves....how can we let guests go through this with out getting soaked? Then there is Fog screen and it provided the answer.
Nothing spectacular...but very effective.
I just/hope the rumors about WDW's Davey effect causing the talking jolly roger to be taken out

I can make a similar effect. I actually have been doing so for halloween last year and I want to do it again thi year. you need a fog machine, pvc pipe, and a home theater projector.
Not nearly as good but the same effect in theory.

But to have the fog drop from the pvc you need dry ice or a fog chiller machine. The later of the two works best. I've done this as well. It works good IF there isn't a draft in the room that causes it to fan out.

I wante an entrance to my yard haunt to give the effect of walking right into the movies. So when people came and walked through the fog with the horror movie on it..they were in my attempt at a zombie film themed haunted walk..It worked out as about as well as I had hoped.
I might try the home made fog chiller technique with the storage bin and ice acting as a chiller as the fog passes through it.

Yup. Applying this effect to a stage production of The Jungle Book in a couple of weeks.

If they add these to Share a dream a spectro im quitting my job. This seems like to much maintence. If they add these and put me in charge of them im going to kill myself.
But they wouldnt have me being a lighting technicain and float driver, work with the special effects, oh no. They would much rather me change a led light on a float in spectro or wipe down the soon to be gone globes in SADCTP
