New Nickelodeon Theme Park Resort (Open Brainstorming Competitiion)

Hey guys. This is my First Open Brainstorming session. There will be no eliminations. The Challenge is that you have to create a DL style Nickelodeon Theme park resort. The rules are:
It must include 2 theme parks, one water park, 3 hotels, and shopping, eating, and entertainment district. It must have Nickelodeon IPs. The theme parks can be any theme they want. You also must include a location. Deadline for signups: October 13 7:00 pm. Deadline for project: October 20th 8:00 pm. So think about it.

Here are some Nickelodeon IPs I'm talking about: Spongebob, The Fairly OddParents, Rugrats, Power Rangers, TeenNick, NickJr., Jimmy Neutron, Avatar. These might give you some inspiration.

I think Rocket Power would lend itself to some neat attractions and a land to itself.

And some nice quick service areas

And if we are staying on Nickelodeon - to actually have the Drake and Josh Demonator roller coaster would be cool @MonorailRed

Danny Phantom is another one I remember watching that could be interesting.

I have thought about some of these concepts before too, i think it would be great to have a flying coaster themed to Avatar, a Miss Puffs Boat school autopia like thing, a danny phantom shooter ride and stuff. Great to see something original like this on the boards.

This is virtually impossible but an iCarly turtle talk with crush attraction would be really cool!

And for some reason i always imagined there would be a rock n rollercoaster type attraction with different theme songs from shows like Victorious,iCarly, Zoey101, Drake and Josh.

I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you want - if you want 3 go for it!
