This is making me desire this new ride. So what is the red sphere suposed to be? In that poster it looks like it will be included in the ride, maybe a spin-off of their own Spaceship Earth...

Dont know yet I spoke with a CM and he told me somethings but nothing I wanna say yet. But I will be trying to get some better shots of Mission Space this weekend hopefully. I am going to be at MK more of the day

All that topsoil is a good sign--they intend to start pouring some concrete and finish the work on the outside. Any word yet on whether or not Imagineers are still planning to open the pre-show this summer?

As far as I know..the only "aspect" that will be "open" this summer is the outside of the building...as you can see by the progress...its very doable...

No, what I meant is that the red shpere appears in a poster near a rocket in space, so maybe it was something similar to the Spaceship Earth deal.

all I know is I spoke with a CM who would not go into details verbally but did make a gesture toward the spaceship several times when I was talking to them about the ride

He is prob referring to the fact that its going to be a spaceship simulation..which we kinda already knew...oh i hate cryptic CMs...

hehe I couldnt get the CM to say anything after I asked what they knew about the ride. They just said you have followed the construction and the build up on the spot in innoventions east they pointed their head toward the rocket, and said thats a big part. Which is like what you said NOW
