new member, and attendance question

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and wanted to say hi to all of you. Also, I am planning a trip to WDW later this year and was wondering what the crowds were like the week after Thanksgiving. I have heard the crowds are very light. Can anyone tell me if all of the Christmass decorations are up?

The crowds are kind of so so in my opinion. They do slack up because most schools have to go back. But the holidays are always a little more crowded.

Yes the decorations are up. Really the decorations start going up in early November.

This is the time thta I usually go with my family. I have noticed that it is a little more crowded now than it was a few years ago. It is still very reasonable with the crowds though. The decorations are up and MVMCP should be gong on also.

thanks for the info. I have read so many things about the crowds during that time. Everthing from very crowded to crowds so small that fastpass is not used at most rides during that time.
Another question though, is MVMCP worth doing or not? I have heard alot of mixed reviews of that as well.

Ummm well if you haven't ever done it before yes I think it is kind of a nice experience. It is the parade you see on Christmas morning at home(or as close to it as one can get) You see snow on main street. Free cookies and hot coco and a family photo. It can be very fun for kids I think.

We have done it several times, the first was the best and then I think it kind of got ho hum.
