I guess its a matter of luck on the tour guide. We did the Keys to the Kingdom Tour in '08 and had a great time. The guide was awesome, lots of neat details and very friendly. It was a great experience. This new tour sounds very interesting.

I had a similar experience on Keys to the Kingdom - It was fantastic and the guide was great!!! I'm thinking about checking out this new tour during my next visit!

Update; Just took this tour on Monday, 7-18-11. Pretty much basic info on Walt. 2 behind the scenes attractions, either SWSA or PPF. We got SWSA. That was interesting. Also got to ride Pooh, PM & CoP. Some interesting tidits on CoP.Overall, this tour was better than the "Keys" tour which we took on 7-11-11. Better value too.

Could you please expand on what the behind the scenes part involved? How long were you behind the scenes, which part of the attraction and what exactly did you see/do?

We're thinking in doing it in October. Thanks

On SWSA we first rode the attraction as normal. Then we re-rode with the lights on & audio muted and tour guide gave us details on effects. As for the other attractions, the TG explained certain details. For the price you really can't beat this tour.

I did this tour in May and was not over impressed with it. Who knows, maybe it was just the tour guide. It didn't seem to have very much of info on Walt or Marceline. We did ride Winnie the Pooh, Snow White (2 or 3 times I don't remember) and Carousel. He talked about the set up of the rides and some of the details of the rides but nothing too elaborate. I've done the Keys to the Kingdom and loved that with all the backstage experience and info.
