It looks like Fairmont is planning a new resort just outside WDW. There’s conflicting information about exact location, some saying near the World Drive entrance (which unless Disney sells them land there isn’t likely) or near the Osceola Pkwy entrance by Gaylord Palms. This continues the trend of luxury resorts popping up around Disney compared the previous “value” venues that quickly popped up along the 192 originally.

Wow... I would not put a Fairmont there of all places. Also, isn't one of the Fairmont brand's hallmarks distinctive architecture? This looks very generic.
