Yay or Nay?

Don't like it right now but I'll get used to it I'm sure

I will probably get used to it, but I personally hate it. I have a strong dislike for the minimalist look that a lot of sites use nowadays, especially with all the wasted space on the pages, it's unappealing and makes reading long posts a strain on the eyes.

Even though I'm a creature of habit and sometimes don't like change, I have to say that the head of the forum must have put a lot of time and energy into the new design of the site. I think I like the main home page is the best because it has some really nice pictures, as well as interesting headlines that catch my eye. Even with my very limited knowledge of what goes into the design of a web site, I can still well appreciate the expertise and effort that the owner and his colleagues must have put into this; and I'd like to thank them for that.

Just as anything else new, It will take me a while to get comfortable with the somewhat newer style of the forums section, in particular. But I'll get used to it eventually.

I like it because it looks cleaner to me, but agree that there's a lot more blank space.

Nevermind, found it. Under account->preferences

You're right, dimmed -> fullscreen looks better on my larger monitor. Much better in fact!

I like it! It's very clean and I like how smoothly it glides when I swipe up/down on my iPad.

Agreed and I feel a bit bad for this thread now thinking about it. Every change is made in the hope it improves our experience and I do appreciate that sincerely. I'm getting a bit more used to this format now though I did prefer the original if I'm being honest.
