Did anyone think that the reason these banners for this promotion don't look as cheap as past promotions is because they will be sticking around longer than a year?

I like it, sorta kinda. Not sure yet, but would it really have hurt them to tack on a 40 to it?? Its kinda like they want nothing to do with a 40th promotion which is sad, something is rotten in denmark.

This is what I see happening. Then have the 40th "promotion" be a promotion within a promotion.
