Disney would never build a coaster park, for the purpose that it goes against everything they founded WDW on.

In my opinion, what disney is today is going against what the original WDW was founded on. Everything is soo much expensive, Walt never wanted his park to be pricy, he wanted it to be a park so that the normaly family could afford it. I don't know if I'm a hundred percent correct, but this is just my opinion...

I say......I would not put it past them. Look at how much already goes against what WED wanted. EPCOT was supposed to be an actual city where people could try out new things. Not a theme park!!! While I hope they don't build something as stupid as a coaster park, it wouldn't surprise me.

disney has never been cheap. Tell me how many trashy people you see in the 1955 shots of disneyland...Walt was not targeting the homeless when he built the disneyland. Disney parks are supposed to be an extravagent version of the "trashy" carnies that Walt hated. As for park prices, disney is not bad. All the good Six Flags parks charge $40/day, and disney is much better than a Six Flags park, and they charge $50/day. Food is expensive at every amusement park (for a reason...b/c they know you will probably bye it instead of leaving the park). Disney hotels are pricey, but they are not traditional hotels either. Animal Kingdom Lodge SHOULD cost more that the Super 8...

Disney's prices are kind of high, but they have every right to be. If a person doesn't want to pay that much to get into a park, then no big deal. It's not like Disney is holding a gun to anyone's head saying "buy a ticket".

Disney does a lot more than other theme parks. Disney employees many more people which can clearly be seen, has several fireworks shows nightly, much higher transportation costs, etc........

There is not that much room...all the cast members have to park somewhere and everything has to be stored somewhere. There are threads around about a new WS pavillion. While there may be room, a lot of storage areas will have to be relocated in order to build.

rollercoasters

well, Disney has made rollercoasters.... such as Rock N Roller Coaster, Space Mountain, & California Screamin'. I think that they would be able to create some with massive theming.

We are saying whether or not Disney would create a Roller Coaster Park. We all pretty much know that eventually a big rollercoaster (with immense thememing) will be put in to a aprk (prob. AK)

As for the Thrill Park...I doubt it. Not for Families. And too much like a 6 flags

Without a doubt, Disney will probally add a new coaster every few years, but to add another park where I feel 3+ will be needed at opening is a bit much.

The coasters that Disney has made aren't that massive in size or that original and daring as far as the ride goes. RNRC was the first Disney coaster to go upside down.

For a theme park to work, massive coasters with multiple loops, no-floor coasters would have to be in place. That wouldn't be conducive to families with small children.

Disney will have a new coaster or 2 in the next 10 yrs or so. They will have great themes like most everything else at Disney.

Right park - wrong attraction! ;)

The Indiana Jones coaster at Paris was the first looping coaster at a Disney park, shortly followed by Space Mountain Paris (which was the first multi-looping, launched, and onboard sound track Disney Coaster) :D

Hmm, an all thrill park, most definately not. A new coaster for the MK, possibly, but not large in scale, rather large in innovation. I'm thinking along the lines of the proposed Fire Mountain project where the track began underneath your train but then something happens in the storyline and the track moves above the train. This would be the perfect kind of innovating coaster the Magic Kingdom needs. In the AK and MGM you can put more well known coasters, like normal steel loopers or flying coasters. ( with emmense theming and on ride soundtracks, mind you) A flying would be amazing in AK!
