They had a thing like that about 20 yrs ago when I lived in Kansas City, I believe it is still there. It was called Exchange City, and schools would take kids on field trips there for the day. It was like a small town, where kids could own businesses, and work jobs for the day while learning about business. I think they have them all over the country now. I guess the one at Innoventions is going to be on the computer though.
