It's actually a mash-up of different movies. Like there's some clips of the original HM movie and some from the new "Afraid of the Dark" movie trailer.

For those curious about the development of the movie, its going very well. The second draft of the script is nearly finished and they have huge collection of art and models created. Soon the decsion will be made as to if Del Toro will direct the film or not. I think he will since the Mansion means so much to him. We'll most likely see production start on this sometime after Pacific Rim, his next film.
