Can anyone tell me how far back disneyworld goes back on background checks. I made a mistake 12 yrs ago and got a conviction for a&b. Was giving 2 years probation and was completed successfully . I have onboarding next wed and was wondering if I’m wasting my time even going with the conviction I have.

Most states allow 7 years back. Some allow up to 10. Not sure on FL. Good luck - Everyone deserves a second chance,

Disney's standards aren't exactly sky high. I know of a manager with a heroin conviction.
