New Florida resident ticket questions

Hi, I'm a new Florida who moved here a few months ago for work. I want to purchase the Florida resident discount tickets. I don't have a Florida license yet but the website says a utility bill within the last 2 months is proof of residency. Does anyone have experience using a utility bill? Also where can you activate the tickets? Thanks to anyone who answers!

Just print it out and bring it to a ticket window where you will also get the tickets.

Although you should probably get that license if you’ve been in state for a few months. The law is 30 days and it’s suck to get fined for something so small.

My parents used their water bill and cable bill when they got their APs in november 2019 as florida resients, it was rather streamlined and fairly quick too from what I could tell

Since many utilities are on-line only, printing a bill on your own printer is probably an easy step to take. Likewise, in PA at least, DMV license address change is on-line and they mail you new card to keep with your photo license. Moving states may be more in-person and FLA may have other specifics to meet to get new license. Search their DMV site and maybe call them too. Good luck.

Florida wants the mortgage to your first born to issue a license, bring everything you have to prove where you were born and where you live
They don't really care if you know how to drive though......
