As per the site that shall not be named:
In conjunction with the 100 Years of Wonder celebration for the centennial anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland is reportedly getting a new fireworks & projection show next year.

Codenamed “Project Moonlight”, the show will supposedly be named “Wondrous.” This fits the current naming convention with Harmonious at EPCOT and Momentous at Hong Kong Disneyland.

The Walt Disney Company began as Disney Brothers Studio in 1923, and over a century evolved into the media conglomerate we know today. The “Wondrous” nighttime spectacular will reportedly focus on 100 years of Disney animation to celebrate the medium which gave the studio its humble start. The animation continues to be a focus of the Walt Disney Company today, and animators have reported a return to traditional 2D styles in the future.

The expected debut date is January 27th, 2023 with an announcement of the new show likely at the D23 Expo this September. The expo will also feature panels, presentations, and an exhibit centering on the 100th anniversary. Other Disneyland announcements, such as details regarding the overhaul of Tomorrowland and rumored “Lightyear” retheming of Space Mountain, are also expected at the expo.

Won’t believe this until am announcement comes, but if it is coming, they should just focus on Walt arriving to California, starting the company, and everything between that and maybe the late 90s/early 00s. I’m honestly tired of nearly everything that’s come out in the past 10+ years.

I’d love a show that goes through eras or something. Could be really neat.

Really hope the rumored fireworks show and the entirety of Disney's 100th Anniversary might takes cues from The 100 Years of Magic Celebration from 2001-2003.

I still have fond memories of watching the Walt Disney World Vacation Planning Video focused on the celebration. Used to watch that religiously as a kid.

Honestly i excited to see a new fireworks show that focused of more wider past, present and future of Disney catalogue from Animation, parks, Television, etc, kinda like Wonderful world of Animation+HEA/DLF+Disney Movie Magic+RDCT combined into one show at one original Disneyland park.

I believe that this concept were not new, and it was supposed to be pre-pandemic WDW 50th anniversary fireworks concept combined with fountains surrounding Cinderella Castle before the concept was cut down to become Disney Enchantment that mostly only focused on recent animated movies.

Goodie! You know, sometimes I’m jealous of Walt Disney World having their own 100 Years of Magic for Walt Disney, while Disneyland is busy opening Disney California Adventure.

Tokyo Disneyland also celebrated the 100 Years of Magic celebration with their own daytime parade focused on Disney's earlier years up to the present time. Which ran from 2000-2003 and included a section for The Silly Symphonies cartoons and older Mickey cartoons.

Yeah, I saw that. I can’t understand why Disneyland didn’t celebrate Walt Disney’s 100 Years of Magic with a new parade or stage show or fireworks?

I mean, if they wanted a show that focuses on that stuff they might as well bring back the original Fantasmic- perhaps the best celebration of Walt era animation ever + the Renaissance classics.

Probably because Disneyland was in the middle of celebrating it's 45th Anniversary between 2000-2003. They even created an anniversary parade known as "Parade of the Stars".
