New Figment Christmas Print?

I know that Randy Noble was at WDW in August signing copies of his work. The eBay seller on your link lives in Davenport, which is just a few miles from Disney World. If this is one of the works signed in August, it is hard to say if more will be made available second-hand. In essence, I'm just guessing.

I saw it last week at Epcot animation with the actual artist there.
The real thing (quite large) was a couple thousand $$.
There were many small prints like that, although I don't where you could find them. Didn't see them around after the artist left.

Maybe check DTD animation?

It was released on the 9th at Epcot. They have glicees available for $395. I have purchased his past two glicees the last two years that were LE of 15 and 25, but this one is 95. I have decided not to purchase it myself due to the seasonal nature of the print, and the pose is very similar to a prior painting he did. It's cute, but I can't justify buying it to hang up a couple months a year. I imagine Art of Disney still has some left.

Are any other versions available besides the glicee? I can't imagine this (the version in the auction) being a glicee. If it is...I'm really ticked at myself for posting the link and alerting you all as to the existence of the auction.

To my knowledge, and what was posted on the Art of Disney Parks site, there was only the original and the 95 $395 glicees. I don't believe there were any other versions available.

The print in the auction clearly states "ready to frame". I don't think Disney sells any Giclee' prints that are not already framed. I know I buy a lot of art from a particular Disney artist and he told me every Giclee' print he does for them has to be in a specific frame. I think this has to be a poster style print. I think the price is already above what it should go for, IMHO.

I just looked at the Art of Disney Parks site again, and either I missed it the first time or they just added it, but there is now a mention of "open edition petite prints" available for both Figment and the Tinker Bell painting.

So, yes $75 for an open edition print is ridiculous, unless for some reason the print is way overpriced. There's no mention of the price on the site, so I'll have to go check it out next time I'm over there.
