Thanks for taking notice of my photos cbconglom, glad ya enjoyed them.

I overheard an imagineer who was talking to a few other cast members near the construction wall and he was giving an overview of the Fantasyland Expansion to them. He stated that one of the tents in Storybook Circus would feature a lounge type area where guests could recharge their batteries both figuratively and literally. Can anyone else confirm this or have any more details? I think this is sorely missing in the parks. I know my electronics never make it through an entire Disney day.

I can't confirm this, but it certainly is an excellent idea. These days with everyone having smart phones and with Disneys next generation stuff that will require you to have a smart phone it seems this would be necessary to accomplish what Disney has planned.

My 2 cents about the charging stations....

I think it would be a good idea for some, not me because I take spare batteries with me, but some would benefit from it. But how likely is this really going to happen? Disney would have to have rapid charging stations so people aren't sitting around for an hour or more waiting for their device to charge. And a rapid charger has the capability to damage the battery/device. Besides, Disney doesn't want people sitting around charging their devices any more than they want you in your room on free WiFi. And then you have the people just trying to get to the station to recharge and not there for the ride. I think it would be a better idea for Disney to install outlets inside the lockers. So guests can drop off their devices and lock them up while charging and come back for them later. Of course Disney would first have to lower the unnecessary locker fees. Or make the lockers free to resort guests. (please don't start smacking me for that comment locals and AP holders)
