You would think they would at the least get the roof systems completed and the walls finished and sealed...especially since they are hiring. I know they had to build an off-site bakery to support the restaurant. Are they opening another location in the greater Orlando area as well? Because if not, why would they be hiring so soon before completion?

ESPN Zone was a chain run by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. The ESPN Club was sort of a prototype for the concept.

I think it's pretty likely Asha was going to 1900 Park Place but the box office results shifted to Mirabel. The whole "wish" premise is totally in her wheelhouse.
They made a point not to include Ariel and Rapunzel as the backup option to Asha, which makes it more likely they would bring those characters back to Trat.

Seems like a no brainer to me. I don’t see why they wouldn’t bring this back, it allows them to charge nearly $20+ more a head for breakfast.
It’s nice that they gave the one construction worker, who is building the place by himself on his spare time, the Saturday off.Here are a few construction photos of The Cake Bake Shop from Saturday, April 13.
See, the world hasn't recovered from the shortage supplies from the pandemic. There's a world wide shortage of faux wood!
