is it true that Disney bought Ron Jon Surf Shop which is located in Long Beach Island NJ... also it comes with a piece of land so maybe there are going to make a beach resort.

Well, they started work on the Grand Californian property already... and a pal of mine who works for DVC said the buzz was that they were going to announce it today. So we'll see.

And we have a winner. It is Disney's Grand Californian. Finally DVC on the West coast. It is a small start in Cali, but at least there will finally be a DVC presence there for members that would like to visit DL and use the value of their points.

They're saying it's only going to be 50 lock-off 2 bedroom units. That works out to a combination of 50 one bedrooms and 50 studios at most. That's not much at all. This is going to sell very fast and probably will be nearly impossible to book unless it's your home resort.
I don't know what your talking about... I CERTAINLY did not give any info on location...

I am a DVC member and that they were going into the Disneyland Hotel last year. And I stayed there '95 as a Disney destination.

Are they actually going to be selling points at the resort or is it just going to be another option for those that already own? With such a small number of units I can't see how they could sell points for it as a home resort.
