New Cast Parking Garage

just saw this construction on google, and was curious when it started and what if anything people know about it.

would be interesting to know what they plan to do with the space this will free up

It's been done for quite a while already. Nothing will be done with the rest of the parking lot other than being used for cast parking. Universal doesn't have enough as is, they're not going to sacrifice more.

Sorry it's not a more exciting answer. But thankfully Universal has plenty going on in other places.

Four (including roof and ground level), and it has a pedestrian bridge over to the admin building, (building just south of the garage with the circular looking thing on the roof)

4, if memory serves correctly.

4 floors, although they could have easily made it 5 if they would have graded out the ground level front to back at the parking lot level instead of leaving it sloped from lot to street level (and added like 5ft to its total height, or left it at 4 floors at a shorter total height). Extra cost for another floor and other talking points aside, it just drives me nuts seeing the thing left at its former grading instead of leveled to the lot.

I like the design of the garage because you don't have to circle around to get to higher floors.
