Absolutely...too good to last I guess... Though the Grand Floridian has the Grand Floridian Cafe, and it is allowed to be just a restaurant...
Unfortunately I rarely stay at that hotel and find myself more at Boardwalk.
The Contemporary has The Wave which is also just a restaurant...Maybe they could put the characrter breakfast in the chaotic atmosphere of the ESPN restaurant and leave the Trattoria as a quiet adult option...

Definitely should put Rapunzel in front of dozens of TVs showing football.

Captain's Grill. Again.

I was nice when the moderate resorts had breakfast, the Riverside had some fabulous French toast etc.

But again, I'm sure they were not maximizing the numbers to be seen as profitable enough. I've been to al Forno for dinner and we had a good meal, nice atmosphere and food. Doesn't exactly scream character meal to me.

While I agree, there def has to be some sort of "quiet" getaways, Ive found I can always find them somewhere on property if I want to. Obviously with the other character breakfasts booking out so quickly, there is demand for more. I dont understand how this fits, but Im not sure where it would.

One of those oh-so-discerning guests ;) is wondering if anyone knows when they will be making ADRs for this? I can't find anything official on Disney's site.

Are they out and about at Land? Naveen used to be with Tiana at MK, at least.
Flynn and Rapunzel will meet after their Fantasy Faire play performance (except for after the last show of the day), based on what we saw at DLR in November. We also met Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie all together at Aladdin's Oasis in Adventureland. No Eric, though, AFAIK.

Are you able to book for breafast for July or August, or are they not allowing reservations to made at all for breakfast time until they officially announce it.

We were there for breakfast last week and our server told us that there had been a large number of people expressing their "concern" over this becoming a character breakfast. To that end she said that there are plans to have a separate, non character quiet area for those who just want a good breakfast. We can only hope this is true.

remember when cinderella's royal table was a really nice restaurant without the characters?
remember when akershus was a really nice lunch and dinner buffet without characters and actually was about Norway?
remember when Port Orleans and Dixie Landings (heck remember when it was called dixie landings lol?) both served a really good breakfast in a sit down restaurant?
and the list goes on those are just a couple examples, and now here, another good location being turned into a zoo for more money.
