New Blue Sky Meetings

It's good to hear that Al liked the presentations of late. Trouble is, Al can like the concepts all day long....but he can't give the greenlight. He has to sell it to Jay, who in turn has to sell it to Bob and Michael. That being said, the core of the original post was correct. Pretty big cool stuff on the horizon for the three parks mentioned. I still can't get anyone to confirm that Potter is even a possibility, but the Epcot and Studios info from Bill are pretty accurate.

I'm doing the cruise again in under 4 weeks. Last time I was able to get some nice dirt from the Imagineer who spoke onboard. I'll try to work my magic again. It's always nice to pick up some new info.

I'll stay out of the attraction argument, and just say this:
Bill is right about the DL Pirates costing more, but mostly that was infrastructure, as he mentioned. The actual attraction budget for the WDW Pirates was at least equal to, if not more than the budget for DL's Pirates excluding infrastructure.
Get that? Not sure I do. Try this, if only comparing attractions and not infrastructure - WDW's Pirates did in fact have a little higher budget. But not by a whole lot.

Bingo! That is where we wern't seeing eye to eye! So, in essence, we were both right. Thanks for clearing it up for us. I guess We're too stupid to see eye to eye. LOL. Always glad to see your posts Lee.

As for Harry... I'm still amazed there's nothing yet. But hey, what can ya say? LOL We'll just have to wait and see. Thanks for the confirmations on the other stuff though Lee.

If this "blue sky" meeting is what I am thinking it is. This was mentioned in a letter Al Weiss put out on the cast portal. Nothing was mentioned in as specifics just that the Imagineers had demostrated allot of new and great ideas that they where trying to figure out what to do with and where (the normal budget and area ideas)
