Well the concept art is real, but I believe its actually a very early concept art of Shanghai or Hong Kong disney. The artwork has been around for quite a long time, its also in one of the imagineering books, so i dont believe its for a whole new Disneyland somewhere in Asia. There are of course rumors that Disney is looking for possibilities in areas such as Singapore, Beijing and Mumbai for future Disney resorts but i dont think theyre currently giving all their effort to those projects.
