What is that new "downtown" area at SeaWorld going to include?

Is this why the tower is still white? Are they waiting for the construction around it to finish before they repaint it?

Sometime in May is the projected date
I had heard a while back that this was going to be phase one of a two phase expansion project, is this true?

I was there on Sunday and Monday and saw all the construction and I have a couple questions if anyone knows the answers. First, why did they gut the cab for the skytower? Does that have to do with the construction somehow? 2nd, what are they going to do with Atlantis Bayside Stadium since they're turning that middle island into a resteraunt? Will there still be a show there that just doesn't use the island or are they planning on tearing down the stadium too?
Maybe they should tear down the stadium and put up another ride!

No new rides. You will see new stores. A few bars. New places to eat. Also strolling singers,magicans,and lots of other things along those lines. May 28th I do belive is the grand unveiling. May be off a day or two.
Will they ever build a new ride?
maybe, I might be getting passes for there so hopefully they do something

No new rides anytime soon. Busch Gardens and Sea World is going to be going through some retheming of areas of the parks and changing of shows. They are trying attract the "family crowds" to the parks. This was done after guest surveys. At Busch Gardens Timbuktu(sp?) is going to be redone. This includes the Feasthaus(name change and new theme) All the shows at Busch Gardens will also be changing. New Land of The Dragons show soft opening later the Month.
yea, I heard Busch Gardens was making some big changes!
