Long answer: no because of the universal contract deal.
What disney can use in orlando is very limited.

Additional answers: Hong Kong usually requests exclusivity clauses for new builds. Furthermore there is a drive within the Marvel theme park universe to create all separate attractions, they all "exist" within their given park boundaries. It currently appears that no Marvel attraction will be a clone anywhere.

Considering Dr. Strange appeared in the park as a character, it seems him and the Guardians are what's possible (though clearly all are tied to The Avengers, so ...). Like Penguin pointed out, Black Panther appeared nowhere. They don't even get movie previews in the park.

In all seriousness, though, if Disney ever gets to use the Avengers family legally in the Florida parks, then I'd be all for this. The Stark Expo is just as influenced by the 1964 World's Fair as Future World is. They even got Richard Sherman to write a song for it.
