New Annual Pass

Hi Everyone I tried searching for the thread so my apologies if there is one already out there. I previously had an annual pass about 3 years ago and it was the paper pass. Now I believe they are giving out plastic passes? Can this be picked up when I get my pass at the Will Call Window? Does anyone know?

Yes, you will get it at will call. It will gave an rfid chip in it.

All the new tickets are plastic with chips.

They work, too. Unlike the old paper tickets, which stopped working all the time, these just keep working. Yay!

My paper ticket became demagnetized all the time. I frequently needed to get a new one. I've never had a problem with the plastic RFID ones.
