In terms of location, being right off the Will Rogers Turnpike isn’t bad. Lots of traffic through there to get to Missouri and vice versa. Like others have mentioned, would be surprising to see this really get off the ground. RV parks are substantial and I’m sure they’ll build up an additional casino or two to help facilitate the growth.

11 million RVs in America and it's not easy to use them. 5 million visitors a year is very doable since Oklahoma is between the east where the RVs are parked and the west where they're used.

This park would have to be AMAZING to get me to willingly go to Oklahoma of all places.
People travel to the middle of Tennessee to go to Dollywood. Build a high quality location and give value to the guest and people will come. Something that Disney hasn't done for quite a while now.

That is what I'm saying. I only have so much PTO. I'm not using it to go to a middle of the road theme park in Oklahoma.

With this project I'll believe it when I see it (as in, shovels in the ground).

The concept is looking to be an amped up "Six-Flags" type park. You're not going to spend a week or more here, it's a 1-3 day thing that is meant to be a regional attraction. Looking at the initial focus for local accommodations, they're not looking to get people coming in on planes, but rather those in RVs and on road trips. It's a totally different focus demographic than with WDW.
