Nemo hours and days of operation

I'm trying to get an idea of what the hours are for Nemo. I plan to be going on friday and am curious if is it open until 7pm, 9pm, or staying open for the magic hours. Further, is it even actually planned to be open on Friday, or is it only open for a few days at a time as opposed to a full scale soft opening. I'm avoiding other threads talking about the ride as I don't want to see anything about it until I get there so sorry if this has been answered, I just need to know how to plan for Friday's trip as well as trips in the future.

The offical openning happen Monday. At least that is what the CMs said last friday for the AP preview. It is probly going to be open until 9 like all the rides that are newer.

Has it been open until 9pm this week? Just trying to figure out if I should go first thing in the morning, ride the ride, then leave and get back about 8pm, or just wait until 8 and go there. Anybody been this week who saw it close with Future World, or if it stayed open with the rest of the park?

I do not know how late it's open, however, I would suggest that you go first thing in the morning. You will walk right on with no wait and then not risk getting there and finding it closed. We went first thing in the morning this Monday and could have ridden it repeatedly with no wait. It's great, you'll enjoy it! :wave:

I was able to get on with almost no wait yesterday (wed) afternoon around 6:00. Personally to me it is quite lacking anything besides a retelling of the movie quickly thrown together. I am glad I didn't wait long for it.

I just returned from the world last night. Nemo was up and down after the AP preview ended....often with no warning. It did seem to be up more than it was down though. :)

It was down first thing this morning, but opened around 10AM. We went on it a couple of times in the morning, and in the afternoon, with no wait at all. While they are listing it on the electronic wait board, it has not yet been added to the park guide. I got the sense that a lot of people at EPCOT today didn't even know it existed...which was great for us :lol:

For the record, It was open tonight until Midnight for the Magic Hours tonight. On normal nights I'm not sure if it'll be 7 or 9.

yea, that sounds right...

I was there last night with friends staying on resort, and the attraction was down, and they had people go through exit to see turtle talk, but it was back up and running about 40 minutes till park closure... I believe the entire pavilion is open till 9 now... really the only things closing are imagination and energy I think, well that and living with the land.

I hope it stays open for Evening EMH. I love to go back to Epcot at night. Especially to ride TT....and I would love to add Nemo to the hit parade!

The nemo attraction is not "officially" opened, but is having soft openings until the official grand opening in February.

This is mis-information that has been spotted more and more lately.

The ride officially opened October 19th (hard opening). I even brought up this February date to the management team and they had no clue what I was talking about. The ride is also now showing up on the front cover of Epcot maps and inside the map itself as an attraction - something that is not done in full force during soft openings. The Nemo attraction is open during evening extra magic hours (currently on Friday) but NOT on the Tuesday morning EMH's. On regular days, the attraction is open until 9 PM.

Perhaps a date for the Nemo musical is being confused with the Nemo ride?

:) Thank you for clearing this up for us all. Yay! I missed the Passholder preview by one darn day a couple weeks ago...going back to Wdw this weekend! Can't wait to check it out.
