Need to change username - fast !!!

Hi everyone !

I tried to post this a few minutes ago but managed to mess it up somehow !! Sorry !

My problem is that my 13 year old son has now become a member on the boards and my username is my real name. I have made several posts regarding a SURPRISE trip to WDW in October and would hate to have him find out !!

I searched for an answer and have written to a couple of different emails but I'm unsure as to whether I was contacting the proper people.

Can anyone help? In the meantime I'm trying to keep him off the computer !!

Fastest is to send a PM to wdwmagic Steve is the owner of the site and if anybody can do it, he can.

Your other option is to edit the posts that contain the surprise....

EDIT: Change your signature too... :lookaroun

I would also suggest in the meantime getting rid of any OTHER identifiable items...such as your location. Then you could plausibly deny that it's you.

As Monty said, you could also edit your trip planning posts to remove all mention of your plans (or delete them altogether). In fact, that might be easier than trying to keep your son from realizing you're on the boards together over the long haul...as long as you've saved any advice you got from those threads somewhere he can't access.

As I said... you might want to also take "Next WDW trip Oct 28/11 - Nov 12/11 :)" out of your signature...
