Need some advice please!!!!!!

Hey guys,

my wife and I are going to Disney next week. We both have annual passes (well one of us does now :eek:). The problem is my wife appears to of somehow lost hers! She also no longer has the receipt!

My question is, if we go to guest services with mine and our ID can they check on their computer to verify she bought one last December and cancel the lost one and re-issue her one covering upto the expiration date in December? It has her name on it and her fingers were scanned each time she used it, so it's unlikely anyone else could use it anyway?

Hope someone can put our minds to rest one way or another.

Yes, if you go to Guest Services at the front of the park they can reprint your pass for you. Just bring photo ID with the correct address and they can take care of you :)

When I bought my AP the CM told me that if you had the credit card that you paid for the AP with they also could reprint!

Can't believe she lost hers! :eek:
