my wife and I are going to Disney next week. We both have annual passes (well one of us does now ). The problem is my wife appears to of somehow lost hers! She also no longer has the receipt!
My question is, if we go to guest services with mine and our ID can they check on their computer to verify she bought one last December and cancel the lost one and re-issue her one covering upto the expiration date in December? It has her name on it and her fingers were scanned each time she used it, so it's unlikely anyone else could use it anyway?
Hope someone can put our minds to rest one way or another.
