Hi everyone,

I'm new here, so I hope I'm posting this in the right place and I hope you guys can help me with this:

I'm looking for ANY info you have about Pleasure Island Jazz Co.

We're going to WDW this November and think this might be fun to do some evening.

Has anyone ever been there who could tell me about prices, cover charge, atmosphere and whether it's worth a try?! Is there a "cover charge" for Pleasure Island itself and then again for the jazz club as well? (Dumb question, I know)

I'm pretty clueless about it, so anything you can tell me will help tremendously!

Thanks in advance!

Once you pay to get into Pleasure Island, you don't have to pay again to enter any of the clubs. It's kind of the point behind it to have one admission price. I've only been once, but it was a nice pretty relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are priced the same as everywhere else (I had a martini that was in the 6-something rnage if I recall correctly) When I was there they also sold cigars in the front but obviously you can't smoke inside the place.

When I went they had one of the cooks/waitresses come out and sing. (I could be wrong here, but she was someone that worked other then just perfromed) and she could sing like none other. Very good.

Overall it's just a nice hang otu place with good music and a break from the craziness of other clubs. I think they could do more with the theming and make it feel like an old 40's style place, but hey, as I have said I have only been once and that was a couple of years ago.
