Need help with online reservation

I tried to make a dining reservation today and after retrieving my resort reservation, a number appears in red near the top of the page, with a message that says to make a reservation enter the requested information. I have already made one dining reserv. and this did not appear, so I'm not sure why it's appearing now. I also don't see anywhere to enter the information if needed. Do any of you know what's going on? Thanks!

I had the same problem. I was able to access it once and haven't been able to since. The tech desk couldn't access my reservation either. I had to do all of mine by phone. Sorry.:(

I've been trying to make reservations the past few days as well... The red number does not appear to be really doing anything, or getting in the way. My problem is that everything restaurant I would be interested in eating at is completely booked up for Tuesday night.

I was able to make a lunch reservation at The Wave, so the booking system is working.

Call! We were very lucky, I was on the phone at 7am (after trying an hour to do it on line) and was able to get two CRT dinners for xmas party nights.

I've done the generic on line reservations for the last minute things we thought of (last minute ...68 days away:ROFLOL:), the ones within the 90 day mark.

I can't believe we get so into booking these reservations. :lol: I've actually been able to find a few times for CRT, but not Crystal Palace. I keep thinking that if I don't get my reservations NOW, there will be nothing left next week. :brick:
