If anyone has any experience with the following, I would love to hear it, good or bad! Thanks!!

We own an offsite timeshare in Orlando. It is not any of the ones listed so I can't give you any feedback on them. However, I can tell you about ours. It is at Orange Lake Resort and Country Club. It is located on 192, west of the Disney World exit. The Animal Kingdom Lodge and park are located behind the resort. We own a 2-bedroom golf villa. Right now, they are offering some specials for the Fall for 2-bedroom units. Here are the rates:

3 nights $499
5 nights $749
7 nights $949

If these rates are comparable to those at the other resorts you listed, here is the website for Orange Lake www.orangelake.com. You will find information on all the services, amenities and units available. I have stayed at this resort since 1985 and have always had a good experience. I hope this helps. Enjoy your vacation.

We are staying at Westgate Lakes for part of our trip next week, I will be able to give more information after we return. My In-laws are the ones that own the timeshare, and we are just along for the ride. We are also spending part of the trip on-site at AKL and WL.

I live in the apartment complex/timeshare across from the ameriasuits at calypso cay. It's nice and close to Disney, a nice hotel, really close to Publix, and is really really pretty.

I styaed overnight at the Westgate ones, and that was a very nice place also. The rooms were cool, although the room had mirrors on every wall.. :lookaroun It's also close to Disney and I believe there was a grocery store onsite.

We own at Orange Lake too. There's a Publix right on the property and you can get on Disney property within 5 minutes. I've seen 7 nights at Orange Lake for $699 in some publications so keep checking. Good luck. :)

We own timeshare at Marriot's Imperial Palms. This is right next store to Sabal Palms. It's located on the site of the orlando world center. This is a 5 star complex and we love it. Just outside the gate to Disney close enough to the magic but far enough away to relax as well. Not sure of the pricing but they all might be a bit of money. You may want to look at renting a house may be cheaper?

It's not on your list, but I'd recommend Orange Lake Country Club over in Kissimmeee. Very close and I love it there. Go back all the time (I'm an owner).

We have owned at the The Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club for about 4 years now and have stayed there around 6 times. It is a real nice place with big rooms. Only 5 min to get in any park, and is close to stores, food and such.

Westgate Lakes was a nice setup, but the service level was poor. It was difficult to get clean dishcloths etc.. They also had "forgotten" to install the DVD player in our suite.

But location was good...
