I was wondering is anyone here knew anything about how to cut and paste images to insert in posts to these forums. I was trying to cut and paste images from my photoalbum and off my computer into some of my posts, but had no luck! Anyone here that could help me out?

You can't cut & paste; you'll have to upload.

Start up a photo album at http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/ and upload whatever pictures you want to use. You can then link to each photo from a post when needed.

In some forums here you can hit "manage attatments" at the bottom of the "reply" screen, and then you can upload the photo directly into the post. But the first way is really preferred.

Only Premium members can insert images on all forums. If you already have an online album, just post the URL to the image you with to share with us.

Which forums allow attachments for all members?

Also, there's an HTML code for these forums called IMG, which is used to instert images. How does that work?

1- I'm not sure. Sometimes the button appear nd sometimes it doesn't. I have never kept track of when or where.

2- Insert the url of your image in between the tags and the picture should appear in your post.

Didn't work! :(

I tried insterting a photo from my photoalbum, using
on each side of the URL, but to no avail. All I got was a weblink.

It's the other way around Barnum...

Premium member can "attach" their images to posts, and the NON-Premium members only can "insert" images (that is to say) in the forums which have the "ÏMG code = On" in the left hand bottom corner.

Example:
vB code is On
Smilies are On
[/url] code is [b]On[/b]
HTML code is [b]On[/b]

Regards... :D

Greetz! :D

I tried posting the photo I was trying to post earlier from my photoalbum, like the one in the post you linked us to, and so far, I got nothing. :(

2055MyPicture.JPG

However, I pasted the photo from your post, and it worked! How did I get your photo from your photoalbum and not mine.

For yours, I typed, with
on each end of the address:
http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/500/2055MyPicture.JPG

For mine, I typed the same address, but with 8472 (the number of my picture from my photoalbum I was using as a test post). Could you or anyone else fill me in a little with this please?

Greetz! :D

I tried again, this time using the same address with IMG on each side, but this time using a keyword of the photo from my photoalbum, like MyPicture was the one I posted from yours. Still, nothing.

Could you explain a little on how the web address for image pasting works, for example, yours, and what the data/500/2055 means?:

Oh BTW, the photo I pasted is of the castle from a proposed Disney theme park I was designing on the Imagineer forum. This is Beauty and the Beast Castle, which is largely modeled after the Disneyland Paris castle. The color scheme is basically the same. The castle also includes features from the castle in the movie Beauty and the Beast, as well as a number of features from Mad Ludwig's Castle at Neuschwanstein, Germany, which Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland was modeled almost entirely after. Cinderella's Castle at WDW's Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland also has many of features from Mad Ludwig's Castle as well.
