Not every one is hip to internet lingo.

I don't think it really has all that much to do with how much or how little time you spend in your room. The biggest factor for me is convenience, proximity to parks, and the amount of times I may have to stand on the bus after a long day at the park. I don't think I'll ever stay at a value resort again unless I'm desperate for a trip AND it's off season, or if money is superrrr tight. Moderate is always the way to go when it comes to booking for our vacations. My husband and I just got back from a 7 day/8 night trip to WDW. We stayed at Coronado Springs 12/15-12/22 and had a BLAST. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Our room was on the second floor of Casitas 2. We had to stand ONE night heading back to the resort after spending a day at the park. The rest of the week, we were always able to sit, the busses from resort to park & vice versa were never more than a 10 minute wait, and our longest trip was 12 minutes to Magic Kingdom. I know a lot of people have complained about Coronado in the past (it is a large resort with multiple stops), but it has honestly became a favorite for me after this most recent visit. If you opt to stay there, Casitas 1-3 were fair options for proximity to lobby, at least from my experience.

If value is your only option, I may suggest Art of Animation, though I would say to spend a little more to stay in the Lion King suites as walking to the Little Mermaid rooms was a hike after a long day with sore feet ;).

So my questions to you would be:

How important is it to have an adult beverage served to you?

To me, that is the primary difference between the following two resorts:

Pop Century
Art of Animation

vs

All Star Sports
All Star Music
All Star Movies

The rest of differences are more about personal taste in themeing, though a few resorts offer suites and others do not

Thank u for an honest answer. U r exactly right that we aren't all up on all lingo. It is nice that u answered instead of criticizing.

Just a heads up for you - although you will see a lot of acronyms here for various attractions and resorts, most posters here do not tend to abbreviate words like "you" and "are".
