For the Swan and Dolphin, use the Epcot Resorts Exit. There are lots of signs for all of the resorts. It's between The Boardwalk and Beach & Yacht Club resorts.

Have you tried calling WDW employment, or even general information? They could tell you how to get there. (I know I've been by it; but couldn't tell you whether it's the DD exit or not)

I'm thinking the Downtown Disney exit would be best, but he could take the Epcot Resorts exit as well and then the turn into the parking lot for the Casting center would be a right turn instead of a left one.

If you take the LBV exit, then you turn left onto Hotel Plaza. Then at the end of Hotel Plaza, you go left. Go past the bank, then it's not very far and the Casting building will be on the left.

To get to the Casting building (make an appointment first!):

Take I-4 to exit 67. Once through the big Disney arch, take the first Right to the Downtown Disney area. The casting building will be on your right a few lights down, across from the Marketplace and past the Team Disney building. If you get to the bank, you've gone too far. The turn is easy to miss.

To the Swan Dolphin, take the same route, but take the second Right past the arch, which is the Epcot resort area. Follow the signs for the Swan/Dolphin, or, if lost, look for signs saying "Fantasia Mini Golf" (more prevelent in certain areas due to guest interest).

If you want to work in attractions, you might want to wait until the Holiday rush begins. Currently, many fellow CM's have been either trying to go from seasonal to part time, or part time to full time and having problems because there are very few openings in attractions.

When you call, you can ask if they have any opening in full time or part time, and they'll let you know before you drive there. You must make an appointment, just showing up is seriously frowned upon, and they'll give you an appointment for the next day or so and send you away.
