Need Canada's Cheese Soup recipie

Hi everyone. I've been away for a long time, as some here may know my family and I lost our home to Katrina and we have been very busy getting our lives back together, hence the long absence. We unfortuately don't have our Disney cook books and I hope someone out there has the recipie for Canada's Cheddar Cheese Soup. We have been craving it and if anyone has it please post it ASAP. I miss this place!
