If you planned it all out right, went to the parks when they opened and stayed late...you could see everything once if not twice! You just have to know what you're doing. Every time we go in June and July we manage to see it all. It's all about getting there early and getting Fastpasses...and as many as you can.

And the answer is....

42!

Really it depends on so many things; when you get there, if you have kids, are you trying to do everything or just the "E" ticket rides, what you get fast passes to, what ya doin't get fast passes, what's the weather like, how often do you take breaks... etc.

I've been in june by my self at hit all the E tickets at the magic kingdom and still had time to hit some of the attractions at Epcot in one day. But with small children, it's easy to get bogged down in the hour long waits for peter pan and pooh.

So it's very hard to say exactly but on average, it's possible to do most everything in one park in one day.

I believe it is impossible to see and do EVERYTHING at any given park in a single day, especially during summer crowds. However, utilizing Fastpass and Early Entry (if staying at a WDW resort) can give you enough time to see most of the attarctions. You may have to skip some of the shows, parades, or even some rides, depending on what you want to see and do most. Keep in mind there are several attractions in each of the parks that you also may want to experience more than once, at the expense of seeing something new. Is it your first time?

Are you doubting me? I wasn't lying when I said it was possible to do it all in one day at one park during the summer, granted it's not the 4th of July and all...

If you avoid the parks on weekends and plan at least one full day at each park, you should be able to do all of the major attractions. Especially if you skip the parades and visit the rides (lines are always shorter while there is a parade). I highly suggest you allow 2 days for Epcot.

Yes: long, pointless, and relatively unanswerable.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I don't worry about things like that.

I always find it interesting when someone says they can see everything in one day during the summer. Twice just ain't happening, but you have a good imagination and an approiate screen name. :animwink:

With a little luck and determination you might be able to see most of Animal Kingdom in one day, but forget the other three in one day. MK and Epcot both would reqire at least 2 days of excellerated touring to do everything. If you skip shopping, entertainment, shows, parades, character greetings, and minor attractions you can see a lot, but then, you haven't seen everything that way. I'm not sure how anyone could enjoy themselves at a breakneak pace trying to do everything.

For me, the biggest part of the magic is enjoying the scenery, surroundings, atmosphere, entertainment, finding hidden mickeys, meals and snacks, enjoying the experience without being exhausted and simply escaping the real world for awhile.

Bottom line is seeing everything at a park in one day in June, in my opinion, can't be done.

Use the touring plans in Bob Sehlinger's "The Unofficial Guide To Walt Disney World." They are very efficient at getting you through as many rides as quickly as possible. Hit as many as you can, and then revisit your favorites. Yes, get there early and plan to stay late.

I just went in Jan. and the original plan was a 4 day park hopper with trying to do AK in 1/2 day so we could squeeze in an extra 1/2 at Epcot. We had a rigid plan of attack worked out for each park to accomplish our goals of 4 parks - 4days..... But when we got there we found we had been given a 7 day Ultimate Park Hopper by the travel service I used for free (might have had to do with offshoring tech help - they never got anything quite right on the 1st call :D ) But anyway, we planned on staying with the original 4 day schedule and then go back and redo things we liked with the extra time. After 2 days we dropped that and just took our time. I would say you could do most of it, especially if you planned out everything and got all the right passes and left some things that could be missed till last. But taking the afternoon breaks and some long lunches turned out to be very important to me and I was there during cold weather and left the baby with Nana.
Bottom line - plan for the must do's and breaks and don't sweat the small stuff. Better to really enjoy what you do get to do than to be stressed out over the stuff you don't.
Good luck and enjoy!

I second that motion! That book is simply perfect. It totally maximizes the efficiency of getting through the parks in any given day. There are other books, such as "Birnbaum's Official Guide" that just don't cut it. Stick with what is best! THE UNOFFICIAL GUIDE!

Please, please, please do not ignore this advice. I could not agree more with tiggeer1968. The touring plans in the Unofficial Guide were instrumental in giving me an idea of what rides to hit first, when to hit it, and in what order. I definitely would have been lost without the touring plans. I recommend this book to all my friends.
