ND can easily lose, they aren't that good. Bama could lose. I still think everyone will have one loss at the end of the season, including Florida State.
Bama might lose twice before all said and done with...
Bama will Roll, I'd be more worried if they were in Bryant Denny
A&M should aggie
I think ND will put up a good fight and squeak it out. I hate ND
I can't stand um either

Well, everything that I believed would cost Alabama a game came home to roost today. Miscues in the defensive secondary and terrible special teams were keys to Ole Miss' win.

The last time Bama lost in October (2010), they went on to lose two more times before ending up in the Capital One Bowl. Hard to believe that they've lost three straight to ranked teams going back to last year. I wonder if the biggest obstacle for the Crimson Tide isn't mental. Auburn's receivers are going to have a field day with us, and that makes me dread that game.

In other news, this is 2007 all over again with the unpredictability. This might end up being an even crazier season than that one was.

1) FSU
2) Auburn
3) Miss State
4) Ole Miss
5) Baylor
6) ND
7) Bama - highest ranked 1 loss team

2-4 all Head to Head games remaining .... Bama and Georgia still in the hunt....

Auburn has to play both Miss teams, A & M, South Carolina, Georgia, and Bama.......Big Ten and Pac 12 are still alive as well

I really think that top 6 is going to shake up quite a bit more before it's all said and done. Auburn is looking good, but they haven't been challenged seriously yet except by Kansas State, which makes very little sense. I also think Florida State is due for their usual " game" somewhere along the line.

We're definitely still very much alive and well in the race to the playoff, but it's going to take a bit of improvement from the Tide. Especially on special teams.

And Ole Miss didn't suffer a hangover game as they beat Texas A&M. Many times, teams that upset a big ranked team, end up losing the very next week. Case in point, Arizona. Beat Oregon last week but lost to USC last night. If things go smoothly for both Ole Miss and Mississippi State, the Egg Bowl will definitely decide the SEC West champion for sure and in all likelihood, the SEC conference champion.

Both undefeated @ the Egg Bowl??? The LOSER go straight to the Tourney!! The Winner would STILL have to win the SEC Championship....doesn't seem right

Looks like Okie is out and Ohio State is back in...
I'm loving how much the Buckeyes have improved since their loss. I thought today was going to be a closer game. Looks like there are going to be a lot of one loss teams with Baylor losing and FSU and ND playing tonight. Getting interesting.

Heard that! Also...Bama and Auburn, even if they win out until the Iron Bowl, 1 of them will have 2 loses afterward. The Misses still have to play head to head...and Georgia should be waiting in the SEC Championship....

Admittedly, the way Alabama played on Saturday was literally the absolute best I've ever seen them play. Period.

I didn't think a game that flawless could be possible with this roster, but I was dead wrong there. A mad Bama team with something to prove could be hard to stop if they keep it up down the stretch.

Ole Miss finally loses.....

So the plot thickens....(On a side note, I'm not a fan of talking about playoffs so early. Seriously, in the NFL, all those permutations and combinations about who can get in the playoffs drive me insane! So I don't pay attention about the playoff scenarios until the last two weeks of the season. With that said, I'm not going to comment about who should be in the college football playoff until the conference championship games!)
