Mystery Project at Epcot

I wouldn't be surprised to see Inside Out replace Tomorrowland as a "Preview". Could that be what he means?

It would be a huge surprise if they have an attraction ready to move in before they see what movie does.

Would be a wonderful surprise but not happening. Will be a preview of movie.

If there ever was a park that needed a total refurb, it is the front part of Epcot...inside and out.
Soarin is fine, the Earth pavilion is fine.
Imagination is a disgrace...inside and out
The Seas is okay, but the Nemo ride is a bore.
Turtle Talk with crush is pretty lame.
Ellen't energy Universe is horribly boring
Test Track was just refurbed and looks good, but sadly the update to the ride is basically a Tron version of the original ride. It is just so-so.
Mission Space is good.
Spaceship Earth is okay...minus the horrible exit. That stupid (pick your future) option is lame. If you want a good sleep..go on that ride and then say "can I go again" and they will most likely let you stay on the ride so you can get another 10 minutes of relaxing sleep.

The entire front just needs a huge overhaul to make it actually look more futuristic, more advanced and more cutting edge. And it needs rides that are more entertaining.

Your right! EPCOT has so much potential. Hopefully it will get its due along with DHS and DAK.

Wouldn't they preview Star Wars at DHS? That makes more sense, unless they finally start doing work inside the ABC Sound Studio and all the movie previews are moving to Epcot. Some make sense at Epcot and some make sense at DHS.

Two things. First, considering how secretive Abrams and Disney have been about Star Wars, I wouldn't expect any previews in a theme park. Second, I listened to The Disney Nerds podcast to hear what Jim Hill said about Inside Out. He went to Pixar and saw elements that he believed would be going into Imagination. His words on the show as that he'd bet money there would be an Inside Out show there within 2 years.

He went into further detail saying there's an element of the movie where they get on a train to Imagination Land and Figment can be spotted.

As it get's closer to opening you have to show some of your cards for marketing purposes. I think they could come up with some kind of preview that doesn't spoil to much. Maybe a clip from the movie and some cast interviews or something like that.

What did he actually say about Soarin on the podcast?

It was almost in passing saying that it was the Jerry Rees project.
