He/she is right on..there are several thing that werent ready...we go to fg on March and April and there are alot more things going on inApril. ..it appears to be a permanent meet and greet as this seems the direction they are going in with characters..they are rarely wandering the sidewalks anymore

Its not like everything has always debuted with the festival before. There's no reason to believe this structure is related to anything but F/G

They aren't the one that said that it was related to Flower and Garden. Also, many of us are well aware about the "non-sidewalk wandering characters" but they aren't going to shove a permanent M&G structure there. If Disney was going to do anything, they'd get rid of the M&G all together and save $$ in their eyes.
