Does anyone else have this problem. The apps GPS will not work for me. I have checked my GPS several times and it says it was on. Please help.
How so? I've always just used the Here & Now button first. If I'm not at a park, I use the Things To Do button, and that seems to work pretty well.A few things on the latest iPhone release
It's now not as easy to get to the wait times, and it doesn't remember the default sort (I like alphabetical). It seems to default to lowest wait times every time. I suspect that this is deliberate in a feeble attempt to spread crowds.
Which device are you using? If its an iPhone or iPad, you have to make sure the app is allowed to access location services through the Privacy settings. Not sure if that helps, but I had that problem for a while.Does anyone else have this problem. The apps GPS will not work for me. I have checked my GPS several times and it says it was on. What I do not understand is why everything is always for iphone and android? Unless I am missing something where is the APP for Windows Phone?
Disney says they intend to add more devices but there are no plans as of now. I can't even run the mobile site on my Lumia 920 so I go to the full web site.
Still trying to figure out why it runs on my Android phone but it won't install to my tablet. They're both running Jelly Bean.
I have the apk for the latest version if you want me to email it to you. It's "not compatible" with my tablet through the Play store either, but I can load the apk and it runs just fine.
If you PM me your email, I'll send it over =)Sure thing. I'd appreciate that!
Its not just disney - most websites tend to focus on iphone and android. On my lg 900 windows I cant even get the full disney website. I tried running mydisneymagic from my phone and it is still loading in the background for over an hour pulling up my reservations and activities. so much for mymagic+ lol
Before there was an "Explore" option, now to get to wait times it's hit the three bars in the top left (menu) select wait times and then it defaults to lowest wait time order. I'd like to see a default setting for each page where you can customize the default view for yourself. After all it is MY Disney Experience. How so? I've always just used the Here & Now button first. Developers can restrict if the app can be installed on a tablet or phone. This is why there tablet only apps. I had this problem with the contact manager program that my ISP has, before it only installed on my smartphones and not my tablet.
Thanks to the kindness of @lilclerk I was actually able to get it installed on my tablet. Works perfectly and looks awesome on the 10" screen!

If you select Things To Do, you can select where you want to go by park. This will allow you to see all wait times. In the parks, Here and Now seems to work best. I like the idea of customized views, it wouldn't surprise me if its in the works. Before there was an "Explore" option, now to get to wait times it's hit the three bars in the top left (menu) select wait times and then it defaults to lowest wait time order.
