Before I get into our Epcot day, I'm going to share this funny little story about the shirts we wore this day. Before we left for our trip, I asked Brian if we could wear our matching shirts on our Epcot day. He basically told me no, and I basically told him he didn't really have a choice! He just rolled his eyes at me and said "whatever dear". The shirts I was talking about were these:
I bought them last December and was upset when I couldn't find them in kids' sizes. So, I didn't really look at what Brian packed, I just picked up the clothes he had laying out and put them in the suitcase. Well, we were at MK and I saw this shirt in blue and white in kids' sizes. I was so excited, except they didn't really have a "girly" color for Lily, so I commented to Brian that we would need to keep looking so we could all have shirts that match. He looks at me and says,"I don't have one with writing on it!" I said,"yes you do, it's the one you packed to wear tomorrow!" He just gave me a blank stare, and I realized that he had packed the wrong Mickey shirt! It wasn't so amusing at the time, but I did end up with a new t-shirt so we would match the next day!
(I did finally find a teal one for Lily and got blue ones for the boys.)
Okay, so on with the report!
Thursday, November 21
We started today with another nutritious meal! (Yes, that is Coke in the mugs!)
Then we were off to Epcot.
We were about 5-6 groups back in line. Once they opened the park, we were in quickly and with no problems with the Magicbands!!
We walked quickly to Test Track, with only one pic on the way.
We jumped in the stand-by line and basically walked into the room to design our car.
Brian started out acting like we were both designing the car (that's why it is a purplish-blue color), but he ended up making all the choices! Here is what we ended up with:
This pic magically showed up in my PP account too! I'm not sure what I was looking at!
Here were our final assessments:
Then we had to take pics and play on the way out.
Brian had a little trouble keeping his car on the track!
We grabbed a paper FP on the way out to use later in the morning (that would be the only paper FP we used the whole trip!) Then I was "allowed" to take pictures of the outside!
