Honestly when I was re-reading it I thought I must have been a bit harsh on Pirates... I really love the begining of the the ride "dead men tell no tales" etc.. I could see it as high as like #31... but I'll stand by my original list.

Well, you're being a little nicer to it now.........

Nice to hear ET get some much needed love... I'm always sad when I hear that people don't like it or find it cheesey... if you like the movie you should love the ride... it's makes me insanely nostolgic and you have no soul if it doesn't make one smile.

Cheesy? Ah who cares? Half of Disney is tacky but it's what we love about it. The world needs more cheesiness.

I totally agree with you about E.T. The movie was the biggest box office smash for 15 years until Titanic came along (even with the inflation in ticket prices at the movies). The movie is still a classic and the ride takes you into the movie as you can possibly get into. Even the queue reminds you of the movie right away. I have a friend of mine and both of us will gush over E.T. whenever it gets brought up. We're both 30 year old macho type men too for what it's worth. So yeah, ignore the people who don't like E.T.

E.T. has always been a fun attraction, but among the Universal attractions is somewhere in the middle. This definitely was among the better queues when it was biult and probably still one of Universal's best. But when I look at the original Universal attractions, I like King Kong, Back To The Future and Jaws quite a bit more.
