My signature

I tried to add to my signature to include "next trip: April 4-14 2011 at Disney's Wilderness Lodge" and it told me that there is a 200 character limit on signatures. But I've seen other people's signatures that are alot longer than mine, so somehow that character limit doesn't apply. Even last time, when I wanted to add our 2010 trip to my signature, I had to go through and abbreviate what was already there in order to fit my 2010 information. What am I doing wrong that I can't get that info to fit? Why do other people have a longer signature than me without the 200 character limit being an issue?

Everyone has the same signature limits as far as I know. Premium members can also add the countdown banner to their signatures, but the total character limit of text applies to us too.

It's possible site sponsors [like Kingdom Konsultants] may have larger limits, I'm not sure.

Try getting rid of the colors. I think I remember someone having the same problem a while back and it had to do with the text being different colors.

Think I had trouble with colours and text size once that put me over when I clearly wasn't even near the limit.

Ya, maybe it is the colors. Maybe I'll give that a try. I'm just sure I've seen other posters whose signatures look alot longer than mine. Maybe they just use a different font that make them look longer.

Yep... all HTML formatting counts toward you total letter count.
