No offence - but that still shouldnt even come into the equation.

It should be done on a person to person basis. As a moderator of another forum for a major rock festival (fine example i set here too )

I can assure you that I would never dare discriminate between who joined when or their post count. Its not the length its what you do with it as it where. Someone who joined 5 years ago compared to someone who joined a month ago still has to abide by the same code of conduct. Also not alienating the user who has only been around for a month. Respect is earned not expected

Just dont let things get to you - the interweb is full of unsavoury beings (not bannanas btw) that will get a rise out of you.
