Take the Behind the Seeds tour at Living With the Land. It's a fairly short tour, very informative and low cost!

Go to Rose & Crown on weekday afternoon and sit at the bar. Carl the Bartender is the BEST. Ask him to do the "leaning pint" trick and the disappearing coin trick. He's a blast

Be sure to visit all of the shops in World Showcase. You may not buy anything, but they are nicely themed and decorated.

Don't volunteer to carry brats and beers for you and wife from Germany to Norway where the kids are eating those apple, ham sandwich things. The walk is much longer than it appears in the EPCOT map of the mind.

Haven't checked in a while to see if the painting of the B-17 plane is still in the American Adventure but it is really nice.

most of my tips have already been mentioned. However, one of our favorite things to do is get the photopass photographers to take our picture at each country (using our camera or pass). I enjoy seeing all the different views of Epcot.
