My NEW Horizons tribute video

I`m uploading my new, improved Horizons video to Disney Central IRC`s server right now. 196mb in size, a smaller version hopefully will appear at WDWMagic soon.

This new edit has better quality video, no Divx logos/tear at the bottom of the screen and also FULL source audio and now FULL SOURCE NARRATION. Running time 31 minutes. I`ve also re edited World of Motion and Journey into Imagination, hope to get these up soon. More to follow too!

Ok... I`m having problems uploading it. It keeps disconnecting every 15 minutes or so, and carries on where it left of on reconnection - until it had 2 minutes left and started from scratch. RU42 or DisneyJedi - any ideas? I`m using Terrapin FTP DisneyJedi sent me.

LOL. I kept playing it over and over when I got it! As I said, I`m having a few upload problems, but I will get it up to DC and here ASAP.

Can't wait to get this off of #disney-central. Hopefully you can get it uploaded alright and one of the servers will pick it up soon.

And I've already got Journey Into Imaginaton Tribute Version 2. Is that the new version you were talking about? Surely you couldn't improve upon that one. I don't know if you are allowed to do this, but if it is possible could you also put that Source Narration MP3 up on one of the audio servers? If not that is definately ok, because it will be wonderful on the video itself. I just have to ask though.

Sorry... back at work for a few weeks (long hours, less PC time :-( )

Ooops - even I don`t know where I am up to with my videos. JII V2 - does this have the words `Second Edition` superimposed over a view of the pavillion from the Monorail? If so, then yes - you have it. Duh!!! Until I can sort out the server problem uploading to DC (see above), I`m afraid I can`t get Horizons or Motion up. I will do as soon as I can, believe me! I will also be sending 320x240 version here to WDWMagic. Again, I apologise for the delay, I finish my contract in 3 weeks (I work in TV) so I can dedicate my time again to uploading and editing. BTW - next up is Universe of Energy V2 (with no projection screen flicker) and Dreamflight (alas, no source audio but I`ll do the best I can.)

Great news indeed. I can't wait to see them up on the #disney-central channel. I am putting together DVD's of all of your videos so I definately want the higher resolution, better quality files.

And really you do not have to apologize for a thing. We are all appreciative for your time and effort. I didn't know you were working on a Dreamflight tribute video. I really can't wait to see that one. Do you have any other videos in the planning stages?

Please Post Horizons!

Couldn't tell from the previous posts if you were ever successful in posting the new Horizons video, but I couldn't find it when I logged on to Disney Central today.

I loved all the other vids you did (Imagination, Original SE, WOM, etc.), so I can't wait to hear source audio of my favorite ride - Horizons!

Any chance we could get an update or even just an MP3 of the audio?

Welcome to the boards, ryansall!

As I mentioned earlier, I`m afraid I don`t have permission to post the clean narration. I was sent it with permission to use in my video, but not `on its own`. Sorry!

I am putting the finishing touches to the Universe of Energy re edit. Then I will start getting them out - to WDWMagic and DC. I`m so behind with everything right now - I havn`t even reconfigured mIRC to the new DC host. What with work and a new car, I kind of ran out of time. Everyday! Sorry for any delays.

I will be uploading all videos from now on with a simple `tribute by Martin` at the end of the filename - eg `Horizons Tribute by martin` to distinguish new videos, and also the re edited versions. I`ll post any updates in this forum, under a new thread when they are ready.
