My neck is killing me!!!

I am in so much pain, I know I need to the store and get some asprin. But what kinda of creme should I get...icey hot ?? or something else.

What happened? I was trying to see how flexible I am yesterday by getting on my knees and laying back with the back of my head on the groud and then lifting back up and i can do it, but like two hours later, my back hurt really bad! lol. It feels better now though, so i dunno what to suggest. Sorry!

just a stiff neck...I have had it since thursday but it is getting worse.

I would suggest that for a stiff neck, you take something that has a muscle relaxer in it like aleve. Take a hot shower to loosen the muscle and apply some icy hot or any over the counter sports cream that will give it heat. Lay down and try to relax it. Let me know if it helps.

Try ibuprofin. Asprin or acetaminaphin (sp?!?- Tylenol- there, that's easier) won't do anything at the site- just in your mind- while ibuprofin will reduce any swelling you have going on there.
